Drinking at Christmas and looking after your waistline. Winner!

Do you keep fit? Do you like a drink? It’s that time of year again where i’m looking forward to chilling out with the family, unwinding after an action packed year and putting my feet-up and having a few drinks to celebrate Christmas and all that has gone on over the past 12 months. But hang on, i’ve been losing weight and I don’t want to be putting any of it back on. So what do I do?

Enter Mr Brad Pamp. Ironman Triathlete, coach to Triple M’s Gus Worland, Nippers coach and all round top fella to tell me and you, what we can do to help ourselves keep the waistline we’ve worked so hard to achieve. In fact, this isn’t just for people who are keeping fit, it’s also great advice for those who just don’t want to get any bigger! I was that person before I got asked to do Tough Mudder.
